lyrics

(Intro Paul Junior)
Yea...
This one’s for you Hondo

(Hook 1 Paul Junior)
The laughs that we had, good conversations
Handshakes we made in all the same places
And then I look up in the sky...
I wish I could have all those things with you one last time...
Oh I'd give anything to see you just one last time...
I'd do anything to see you just one last time.

(Verse 1 The Juice ET Hugo)
They say that life is short, that statements very true
We weren't prepared to lose you, so today I share with you
What you meant to those who knew, you everybody here,
There is a lot of tears shedding, because we lost a dear
Friend and family man, we never had the chance
To say goodbye, you may have died but not forgotten fam.
We'll always keep you in our memories and hearts,
My homie Hondo we all love you, so you'll never be gone.
Wish we could go back to the days when we use to kick it,
When we were younger having fun, it was too soon witness
You lose your life, but you're alive in spirit, I can feel it,
Time will heal this, even as I write these lyrics, I'm just thinking why it ended
With tears inside my eyes, I feel like crying within cuz
You were a homie I would smile and kid with, now you're missing
So I pour out a lil' liquor for my fallen friend,
If I could I would re live it all again.

(Hook 2 Paul Junior)
The laughs that we had, good conversations
Handshakes we made in all the same places
And then I look up in the sky...
I wish I could have all those things with you one last time...
Oh I'd give anything to see you just one last time...
I'd do anything to see you just one last time.

The laughs that we had, good conversations
Handshakes we made in all the same places
And then I look up in the sky...
I wish I could have all those things with you one last time...

(Verse 2 Role Pley)
and crazy brotha how
did this happen i mean wow
i never woulda thought that this day would come around
so damn quick i feel sick that can't believe it now
i guess thats how it is but i can't help breaking down
Remember we were young the regal was your benz then
the first of all of us to have tvs in the headrest
i never will forget that I'm glad you were my friend man
you made us who we are through the trials and tribulation
and i gotta thank you brotha
thank you mother
i thank her for making a son like hondo
great conversations you gave to all us
never was a day you didn't make a dollas
and gave all away to you babies father
of the year now we shed a tear for a fallen king into heaven welcomed

(Verse 3 Paul Junior)
Rest in peace, you left this life,
But I won't forget you for the rest of mine
Watch over the ones you left behind
Your spirit Hondo will never die
I'm here to sing for the people
So they can feel your presence upon us now
You went from a king to angel, and you're reunited with your mama now
You could touch the hearts of any
A father husband and friend to many
Peace and blessins send us plenty
The man you were we'll forever envy
We're all grateful for the the love you gave
Smiles and laughs
You were somethin great
Memories are never lost and your legacy will not be forgotten.

(Hook 3 Paul Junior)
The laughs that we had, good conversations
Handshakes we made in all the same places
And then I look up in the sky...
I wish I could have all those things with you one last time...
Oh I'd give anything to see you just one last time...
I'd do anything to see you just one last time.
